Through our extensive work with both profit and nonprofit Muslim organizations, we’ve encountered a recurring challenge: the difficulty in sourcing the right candidates. While mainstream job platforms like Indeed and ZipRecruiter are widely used, Muslim employers often struggle to identify qualified candidates, typically only securing a fraction of their desired pool. This challenge inspired the founding of Muslim Hire.
Our goal at Muslim Hire is to be the central hub for all Muslim job opportunities in the US where both employers and candidates can connect.
Meet our Founder
My name is Ibrahim Nasser and I am a Recruiter by profession. I graduated in 2018 from Eastern Michigan University with my Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. I have worked with nonprofit organizations for over 10 years, and also delved into the corporate world for several years. More recently, I worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with a Top 10 Automotive Supplier in North America.
